We’ve all been beginners at diving and know just how tricky buoyancy can be at first. That’s why this course gives you the chance to spend two dives learning to float underwater and mastering Archimedes’ principle.

Buoyancy is a skill that stays with us throughout our diving careers. Whenever we change location, wetsuit or tank, we always have to adapt it to the environment and the equipment we’re using. During this course, you’ll learn how to adjust your weighting, position and breathing to improve your control underwater and become a better diver.

Perfect Buoyancy
- All diving equipment hire, including: dive computers, marker buoys and specific buoyancy aids.
- Access to the SSI platform to complete the theory module online.
- 2 dives in the sea.
- Certification costs.
- Theory section: we’ll give you access to the SSI online platform so you can study the theory at home, at your own pace. You’ll learn the techniques and skills required for this course.
- Practical part: two dives in the sea: the first in confined waters and the second in open water. You will learn how to adjust your weighting, your diving position and your breathing to control your position in the water at all times during your dives.
- To be 12 years old.
- Hold an SSI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.
- Valid diving insurance
- This course requires two dives; ideally, these should be completed in a single morning, but they can be spread over separate days if that suits you better.
- You’ll enjoy the experience we’ve built up around the world.
- Our rental equipment is brand new and from the leading brands: Aqualung and Apeks.
- You will receive your certification from SSI, the world’s leading certification agency.
- We’ll work around your schedule and preferences; we can arrange the course at a time that suits you best.
